Fanny De La Rosa

Fanny De La Rosa is Founding Partner of De La Rosa & Segura, a Panamanian law firm she co-founded in 2011 alongside Eduardo Segura. For over two decades, her practice has focused on corporate law, labor matters, customs and logistics advisory, and civil litigation, providing comprehensive support to companies and investors operating in Panama.

She is also Founding Partner of De La Rosa & De La Rosa, a customs consulting and brokerage firm established in 2006 whose alliance with De La Rosa & Segura enables an integrated legal perspective on Panamanian foreign trade. This combination of legal and operational experience in customs matters sets her professional profile apart within the sector.

Her academic background includes a Master's in Corporate and Financial Law from Widener University, School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware (1999) — a credential that brings the firm an international perspective on corporate structuring, particularly valuable for clients operating between Panama and the United States. She previously earned her Bachelor's in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama (1996).
